Das Kirchliche ImmobilienManagement des Ev.luth. Kirchenkreises Hannover plant eine Nachverdichtung auf dem ca. 4.220 m2 großen Grundstück der Gemeindegebäude der St. Johannes Kirchengemeinde in Hannover-Davenstedt. Sowohl das Gemeindehaus als auch das Pfarrhaus stehen zur Disposition und können sowohl zu Wohngebäuden umgeplant als auch zurückgebaut und durch neue Gebäude ersetzt werden. Neue Wohnkonzepte, insbesondere zum flächeneffizienten, suffizienten Wohnungsbau, die neben den wirtschaftlichen und gestalterischen Aspekten eine flexible Nutzbarkeit für unterschiedliche Alters- und Bedarfsgruppen und die Möglichkeit zur sozialen Interaktion vorsehen, sind Ziel des Wettbewerbs. Der Wettbewerb wird als nichtoffener hochbaulicher Realisierungswettbewerb gemäß RPW 2013 und §§ 78 - 80 VgV mit 12 teilnehmenden Teams und vorgeschaltetem Bewerbungsverfahren ausgelobt. Drei Büros wurden im Vorfeld gesetzt, neun Büros werden aus diesem Teilnahmewettbewerb ermittelt. /// Bei der Umsetzung des Projekts beabsichtigt der Auslober unter Würdigung der Empfehlungen des Preisgerichts die ersten Preisträger mit den Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 gemäß § 34 in der HZ III und Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 gemäß § 39 in der HZ III stufenweise zu beauftragen. Es wird zwei separate Verträge für Objektplanung und Freianlagen geben. /// Die Wettbewerbsphase wird federführend und überwiegend von den teilnehmenden Architekturbüros bestritten. Daher richtet sich die EU-Bekanntmachung zunächst ausschließlich an Architekturbüros, die im Falle der Teilnahme die kooperierenden Büros der Landschaftsarchitektur innerhalb einer Woche nach Aufforderung benennen müssen. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind aufgrund der Anforderungen an die Bauaufgabe daher Architekt:innen im Zusammenwirken mit Landschaftsarchitekt:innen. /// Es wurde ein Preissumme von 42.000,- EUR netto festgelegt. /// Der Auftraggeber legt insbesondere in der Leistungsphase 8 Wert auf eine kurzfristige personelle Verfügbarkeit der planenden Personen. Im Falle eines ersten Preises und der nachfolgenden Verhandlung im Vergabeprozess hat der potentielle Auftragnehmer plausibel darzulegen, wie er dies sicherstellen wird.
