Sanierung eines Studierendenwohnheim in Erfurt. Zu vergeben sind die Planungsleistungen im Leistungsbild der Objektplanung für Gebäude und Innenräume gem. § 34 der HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die in den jeweiligen Leistungsphasen aufgeführten Grundleistungen. Das Studierendenwerk Thüringen beabsichtigt, mittels eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit vorgelagertem Teilnahmewettbewerb die Vergabe der Objektplanungsleistungen für die Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 für die Sanierung eines Studierendenwohnheim in Erfurt. Die Beauftragung soll stufenweise erfolgen. In der ersten Leistungsstufe sollen die LPH 1- 2 beauftragt werden. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, bei Fortsetzung der Planung und Ausführung der Baumaßnahme weitere Leitungsphasen abzurufen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die Beauftragung auf einzelne Leistungsphasen bzw. Teilleistungen einzelner Leistungsphasen oder auf einzelne Abschnitte der Baumaßnahme zu beschränken. Die anrechenbaren Kosten gem. § 33 HOAI werden auf ca. 8.750.000 Euro netto geschätzt. Mit der Sanierung des Studierendenwohnheims in der Donaustraße in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campus der Universität in Erfurt, beabsichtigt das Studierendenwerk Thüringen die bestehenden 250 Wohnplätze zu modernisieren. Das Gebäude dient ausschließlich Wohnzwecken gegliedert in 1- bis 4-Raum-Appartments mit Bad/WC und Küchenzeile. Das Studierendenwohnheim ist nördlich vom Campus der Universität Erfurt in einem Wohngebiet gelegen. Die bestehende Gebäudesubstanz ist ein fünfgeschossiger und vollunterkellerter Wohnungsbau, der in zwei zueinander versetzten Gebäudeblöcken mit je 4 Gebäudezugängen in Massivbauweise errichtet ist. Die BGF des bestehenden Gebäudes beträgt ca. 6.748m2.
