Description

Aufgrund des nicht sanierungsfähigen Altbaus wird die Errichtung eines Neubaus für eine zweizügige Grundschule und eine ein-bis zweizügige Regelschule empfohlen. Zusätzlich sind sechs Klassenräume sowie optional Fachräume für das benachbarte Gymnasium vorgesehen. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Schaffung eines modernen, funktional durchdachten und zukunftsfähigen Schulcampus, der den Schulbauempfehlungen des Landes Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und der Rahmenstundentafel der Thüringer Schulordnung sowie den aktuellen pädagogischen, technischen und energetischen Anforderungen entspricht. Mit dem Neubau soll ein nachhaltiger, barrierefreier und pädagogisch hochwertiger Bildungsstandort entstehen, der langfristig zur Verbesserung der Schul- und Bildungsinfrastruktur der Region beiträgt. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt, die Planungsleistungen Lph 1-3 für die Entwicklung eines Schulcampus im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit öffentlichem Teilnahmewettbewerb einschließlich Stegreifentwurf zu vergeben.
