Description

Am MPI für Gravitationsphysik Hannover (Albert-Einstein-Institut - AEI) wird insbesondere experimentelle Grundlagenforschung auf den Gebieten Laserinterferometrie, Laserphysik, Quantenoptik und Präzisionsmesstechnik betrieben, um gegenwärtige und künftige Generationen von Gravitationswellendetektoren auf der Erde und im Weltall zu ermöglichen. Das Institut ist auf mehrere Gebäude verteilt. Es besteht ein Erweiterungsbedarf an Büroflächen. Im Zuge der Maßnahme soll der Ostteil des hallenartigen Bestandsgebäudes 3405 für physikalische Laborflächen (Rein- und Grauräume, Laser- und Elektroniklabore etc.) mit ca. 1.240 m² NUF 1-6 umgebaut werden. Hierfür werden Leistungen für sämtliche baukonstruktiven und technischen Maßnahmen, wie Anpassung des Brandschutzkonzeptes, bauliche Anpassungen in Roh- und Ausbaugewerken, Demontage der bestehenden haus-technischen Anlagen sowie Installation einer neuen Lüftungs-, Kälte und Elektroversorgung und der Reinrauminstallation erforderlich. Außerdem sollen Büroflächen mit einer NUF 1-6 von 684 m² er-richtet werden. Hierfür soll eine möglichst wirtschaftliche Lösung als Erweiterungsbau oder Umnutzung eines bestehenden Gebäudeteils gefunden werden. Für die Gebäude müssen Arbeiten an Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen im Erdreich ausgeführt werden. Die Gebäude des Instituts befinden sich auf dem Campus Schneiderberg der Leibniz Universität Hannover. Bei der Planung und Abwicklung der Baustelleneinrichtung und -logistik muss berücksichtig werden, dass die Nachbargebäude in Betrieb sind und wenig Freifläche zur Verfügung steht. Besonderer Hinweis betr. Bieterfragen aufgrund besonderer äußerer Ereignisse (z.B.
