Description

Die Architektenleistungen für den Umbau, die Modernisierung und Erweiterung einer Stadtbücherei sollen vergeben werden. Gegenstand der hier ausgeschriebenen Architektenleistungen ist der Umbau, die Modernisierung und Erweiterung einer Stadtbücherei im Rahmen der Städtebauförderung. Zu erbringen sind die Planungsleistungen des Leistungsbildes Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß §§ 33-35 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 10 sowie ggf. besondere Leistungen. Zu erbringen sind die Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß § 34. Der Vertrag wird als Stufenvertrag abgeschlossen.
