Am ITZ-Standort Chemnitz entsteht das HIC als zentrale Infrastruktur des Innovations- und Technologiezentrums für Wasserstofftechnologien. Der Bauabschnitt HIC-Office beinhaltet Bürobereiche des Zentrums mit Flächen für die HIC Organisation, Besprechungsräume, Konferenz- und Schulungsbereiche sowie flexible mietbare Büros für Start-Ups und KMU. Der Bauabschnitt HIC-Lab beinhaltet Hallen- und Technikbereich mit Laborflächen für Brennstoffzellen-/Elektrolyse- und Systemprüfstände, Fahrzeugflächen, Werkstattflächen, mietbare Labore sowie Anliefer- und Nebenbereiche. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, einen Planer mit Leistungsphasen der LPH 1 bis einschließlich LPH 8 des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung „Gebäude und Innenräume" sowie "Freianlagen" stufenweise sowie optional mit Beratungsleistungen der Bauphysik, Vermessung und Brandschutz für beide Bauabschnitte zu beauftragen. Die Gesamtbaumaßnahme gliedert sich in die Bauabschnitte HIC-Proving Ground, HIC-Office und HIC-Lab. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Planungsleistungen für HIC-Lab und HIC-Office. HIC-Office: Bürobereich des Zentrums mit Flächen für die HIC-Organisation, Besprechungsräume, Konferenz- und Schulungsbereiche sowie flexibel mietbare Büros für Start-ups und KMU. HIC-Lab: Hallen- und Technikbereich mit Laborflächen für Brennstoffzellen-/Elektrolyse- und Systemprüfstände, Fahrzeugflächen, Werkstattflächen, mietbaren Laboren sowie Anliefer- und Nebenbereichen. Die Gebäude sind in eine hochspezialisierte Wasserstoffinfrastruktur auf dem Wasserstoffcampus Chemnitz einzubetten. Für HIC-Lab sind Labor- und Technikbereiche mit Medienversorgung (u. a. Wasserstoff, Stickstoff, Kühl- und DI-Wasser, elektrische Energie), hohe Anforderungen an Explosionsschutzmaßnahmen, Betriebssicherheit und flexible Nachrüstbarkeit zu konzipieren. HIC-Office ist als moderne, nutzungsflexible Büro- und Kommunikationsumgebung mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität sowie geeigneten Flächen für Wissenstransfer, Veranstaltungen und Vermietung zu planen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, einen Planer mit Leistungsphasen der LPH 1 bis einschließlich LPH 8 des Leistungsbildes Objektplanung „Gebäude und Innenräume“ sowie "Freianlagen" stufenweise sowie optional mit Beratungsleistungen der Bauphysik, Vermessung und Brandschutz für beide Bauabschnitte zu beauftragen. Die Lage des Baugrundstücks und die eventuellen Positionen und Flächen der vorgenannten Bauabschnitte ergeben sich aus der als Anlage beigefügten, unverbindlichen Lageskizze.
