Description

Die Gemeinde Aurach plant eine Erweiterung der Grundschule Aurach zur Schaffung einer offenen Ganztagsschule mit Mensa sowie zusätzlichen Klassenzimmern. Das Projekt verfolgt eine Doppelnutzung als Schulerweiterung mit integrierter Gemeindeverwaltung. Im schulischen Bereich werden drei Betreuungsräume für die offene Ganztagsschule mit einer Gesamtfläche von rund 202 m² geschaffen, wobei zwei dieser Räume über eine mobile Trennwand zusammenschaltbar sind. Der Neubau wird in nachhaltiger Holzbauweise als Holz-Rahmenkonstruktion und die Geschossdecken als Massivholzdecken ausgeführt. Für das Projekt „Erweiterung Grundschule Aurach” werden Grundleistungen nach HOAI im Bereich der Objektplanung (Gebäude) gemäß HOAI 2021 Teil 3, Abschnitt 1, § 33 ff. benötigt. Es werden Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 3 - 9 inkl. besondere Leistungen vergeben. Das unter "5.1.3 Geschätzte Dauer" genannte Enddatum der Laufzeit beinhaltet die Dauer der Leistungsphase 9 mit 4 Jahren.
