Die Große Kreisstadt Döbeln beabsichtigt auf dem Campus Ost die Neuerrichtung einer Schule mit Förderschwerpunkt Lernen mit Bauwerkskosten (KG 300+400) von ca. 15,9 Mio. EUR brutto. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung für das Projekt sind entsprechend Vertragsentwurf die Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gem. § 34 ff. HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10, LPH 1-9 sowie Besondere Leistungen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt entsprechend den Vertragsbedingungen (siehe Unterlagen Vertragsbedingungen) sowie nach einzelnen Leistungsphasen. Mit Abschluss des Verhandlungsverfahrens wird vertraglich die Leistungsstufe I: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 2 sowie Besondere Leistungen beauftragt. Die weiteren leistungsphasen werden jeweils stufenweise gesondert abgerufen. Bei Beauftragung der ausgeschriebenen Leistungsphasen 1-8 liegt das Auftragsende voraussichtlich im Jahr 2032 (Abschluss LPH 8).
