Description

Neubau Kita Von-den-Driesch-Straße - Architekturleistungen Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Objektplanung eines Kindergarten Neubaus mit Jugendzentrum. Im Ortsteil Buschdorf befindet sich an der Von-den-Driesch-Straße 59, Ecke Friedlangstraße 17 ein städtisches Grundstück mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 4.500 m2. Dies ist derzeit mit einem städtischen Kindergarten in Massivbauweise und einem evangelischen Kindergarten in Containerbauweise bebaut. Nach Ab bruch der beiden Bestandsgebäude (Massivbau und Containerbau) soll der Neu bau an gleicher Stelle errichtet werden. Zu realisieren ist eine Kindertagesstätte mit 6 Gruppen und ein Jugendzentrum. Beides soll den Standardisierungsgrad der Stadt Bonn, den energetischen Stan dard eines Energieeffizienzhaus 40 berücksichtigt und in einer zeitgemäßen Ar chitektursprache umsetzt werden. Bei der Planung ist zu beachten, dass Kitabetrieb und Jugendzentrum als Nut zergruppen in Erschließung, Räumlichkeiten und Gartenzugang, sowie -nutzung komplett voneinander zu trennen sind. Ebenso sind beide Nutzungseinheiten (Kita und Jugendzentrum) funktional abzugrenzen und müssen hinsichtlich Auf enthaltsräume, Personalräumen, Sanitärbereichen, Küchenbereichen, sowie Er schließung eigenständig und autark nutzbar sein. Durch das Vergabeverfahren soll ein Planungsbüro gefunden werden, das die folgenden Leistungen erbringt: Grundleistungen sowie ggf. Besondere Leistungen der LPH 1 bis 9 gemäß § 34 HOAI Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume Es ist vorgesehen die Leistungen stufenweise zu beauftragen. Ein Rechtsan spruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungen besteht nicht.
