Geplant ist im Zeitraum 2019-2023 im denkmalgeschützten Barockschloss Ludwigslust die Durchführung der Restaurierung der Innenräume und Treppenhäuser sowie Fenster des Westflügels gemäß denkmalpflegerischer Zielstellung unter Berücksichtigung nutzerspezifischer Belange, notwendiger Brandschutzmaßnahmen und statischer Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen sowie die Umsetzung haus- und sicherheitstechnischer Anforderungen. Die Realisierung erfolgt auf Grundlage der genehmigten EW- Bau in 5 einzelnen Abschnitten, deren Bauleistungen separat zu vergeben und gemäß Förderrichtlinien EU abzurechnen sind. Die Realisierungsabschnitte (RA) sind Lose, deren geplante Baukosten (netto) betragen gemäß EW-Bau: Los 1 (6.RA) - KG 300: 2.014.000 Euro, KG 400: 667.000 Euro Los 2 (7.RA) - KG 300: 1.152.000 Euro, KG 400: 349.000 Euro Los 3 (8.RA) - KG 300: 1.800.000 Euro, KG 400: 208.000 Euro Los 4 (9.RA) - KG 300: 2.362.000 Euro, KG 400: 210.000 Euro Los 5 (10.RA) - KG 300: 683.000 Euro, KG 400: 185.000 Euro. Die Objektplanung Gebäude wird nicht für einzelne Lose, sondern nur für alle Lose 1,2,3,4 und 5 des 6.RA bis 10.RA zusammen vergeben.
