Description

Im Zuge der Unterbringung der Landesbehörden, sollen auf Grundlage der DZ die Gebäude der Mecklenburgstraße 4-6 grundsaniert werden. Neben der Herrichtung als Bürogebäude (Sonderbau), werden zudem haus-, brandschutz- und sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen umgesetzt. Mit dem Planungsauftrag vom 02.01.20 liegt ein Raumbedarf von 3.019 m² (NUF1-6) für die Interimsunterbringung der Staatskanzlei vor. Es sind Gesamtbaukosten von 49,3 Mio. (M4-6 und8) festgesetzt. Beide Gebäude (M4 -6) umfassen eine BGF von 13.621 m². Es ist von überdurchschnittlichen Planungsanforderungen auszugehen. Die Planungsleistungen umfassen: Objektplanungen TA Gebäude für die Gebäude M 4-6. Spezifische Leistungspflichten gem. beigefügten Vergabeunterlagen. Der Planungsumfang umfasst zunächst die Leistungsstufe 4bis5 (LPH 8-9 HOAI). Die bestätigte EW-Bau von 04/2023 ist umzusetzen. Die LS 2-3 (LPH 5- 7 HOAI) sind bei Bedarf zu bedienen. Das Ergebnis der LS 2-3 wird zur weiteren Verwendung zur Verfügung gestellt.
