Description

Durch die Verabschiedung des Ganztagsförderungsgesetzes GaFöG wird für Kinder im Grundschulalter in Baden - Württemberg ein Rechtsanspruch auf ganztägige Bildung und Betreuung, beginnend mit der Klassenstufe 1 ab dem Schuljahr 2026/2027, bindend. In der Grundschule Horrheim ist eine flexible Schulkindbetreuung mit erweiterten Betreuungsangebot, vor und nach der Schule avisiert. Zur Sicherstellung der ausformulierten Zusatznutzung in den bestehenden Räumlichkeiten ist eine Anpassung des baulichen Brandschutzes im Bestand sowie der Neubau einer Mensa (ca. 450 m² NGF) erforderlich. Es liegt bereits eine verabschiedete Planung vor (Leistungstand Leistungsphase 3), diese ist zwingende Grundlage der weiteren Planung. Die Unterlagen werden in der Stufe 2 den ausgewählten Bietern zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Objekt- und Baubeschreibung ist den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt. Gebäudeplanung gemäß § 34 HOAI - Teile der Leistungsphase 3 (5%) sowie Leistungsphasen 4 - 9 + besondere Leistungen (u. a. Einarbeitung/Prüfung Leistung vorhandener Vorleistungen, Überwachen der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist). Die Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen erfolgt stufenweise (LP 3-5). Es ist vorgesehen im Vertrag einen Bonus (Erfolgshonorar) für die Unterschreitung der Kostenberechnung zu vereinbaren. Die Details werden im Rahmen der Stufe 2 behandelt.
