Umbau und Erweiterung des Johanniter-Krankenhauses Duisburg-Rheinhausen (Kreuzacker 1-7, 47228 Duisburg) zur Erstmaligen Zuweisung der Fachabteilung für Geriatrie. Die Baumaßnahme erfolgt im Bestand (1. bis 3. OG) bei laufendem Krankenhausbetrieb sowie an der Fassade. Wesentliche Maßnahmen: 1. Einrichtung einer Geriatrischen Tagesklinik (1. OG). 2. Umbau/Erweiterung Therapiezentrum (1. OG) 3. Delirprävention im Aufwachraum (2. OG). 4. Einrichtung einer demenzsensiblen Station (3. OG). 5. Energetische Fassadensanierung (Fenster, WDVS, Sonnenschutz). Eckdaten: - Geschätzte Baukosten (KG 200-600): ca. 6,9 Mio. EUR netto. - Ausführungszeitraum der Baumaßnahmen: Q3/2026 bis Q4/2029. - Finanzierung: Einzelförderung nach § 21a KHGG NRW.
