Description

Bei der Umsetzung des Projekts wird der Auslober, unter Berücksichtigung der Empfehlung des Preisgerichts und den in § 8 Abs.2 RPW 2013 genannten Voraussetzungen sowie den Vorgaben der VgV, eine der Preisträgerinnen / einen der Preisträgermit weiteren Leistungen gemäß § 34 HOAI 2021 (Objektplanung Ge-bäude und Innenräume) und § 39 HOAI 2021 (Objektplanung Freianlagen), der Leistungs-phasen 1 - 5, stufenweise (1. Stufe: Lph 1-3, 2. Stufe: Lph 4, 3. Stufe: Lph 5) beauftragen. Sofern die Vergabe der vollständigen Ausführungsplanung (Leistungsphase 5) an eine der Preisträgerinnen/einen der Preisträger des Wettbewerbs durch die Art der Vergabe der Bauleistungen nicht als erforderlich erachtet wird, stellt die Auftraggeberin durch angemessene weitere Beauftragung der Preisträgerin/des Preisträgers mit Teilleistungen der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 oder entsprechenden Beratungsleistungen sicher, dass die Qualität des Wettbewerbsentwurfs in Planung und Bau umgesetzt wird (bspw. Regeldetails, Planfreigabe, Leistungsbeschreibung, Angebotsbewertung, Qualitätskontrolle etc.). Gegenstand des Wettbewerbs ist die Campusentwicklung für die Hochschule für Musik und Theater München mit dem architektonischen Entwurf für die Sanierung des Baudenkmals Arcisstraße 12, dem architektonischen Entwurf für den Neubau, die Freianlagenplanung der umgebenden Freiflächen, sowie weiterer Freiflächen, als Verflechtungsbereiche. Mittels der Freiraumplanung und der Positionierung des Neubaus soll sowohl eine verbesserte Einbindung in das städtebauliche Umfeld und das Kunstareal unter Berücksichtigung bestehender städtebaulicher Ideenplanungen sowie der Anforderungen der Campusentwicklung selbst geschaffen werden, als auch die Möglichkeit verbesserter Aufenthaltsqualitäten im Außenraum. Neben der entwurflichen Bearbeitung der Wettbewerbsgegenstände sind die erinnerungskulturellen Aspekte des Baudenkmals Arcisstraße 12, die Sicherheitsanforderungen des Generalkonsulats des Staates Israel und der Hochschule für Musik und Theater München zentrale Gegenstände des Wettbewerbs.
