Generalplanungsleistungen für die Neugestaltung der Neuen Mitte in Werlte (Objektplanung Freianlagen, Verkehrsanlagen und Ingenieurbauwerke sowie Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung in Freianlagen) Im Zuge des Neubaus des Rathauses und der Neugestaltung des Werlter Stadtzentrums sollen ca. 2,5 ha innerstädtische Straßen, Wege und Plätze überplant und nach einem einheitlichen Konzept umgestaltet werden. Für die Umsetzung des Gesamtvorhabens ergaben sich aus einer Kostenschätzung Gesamtbaukosten von rund. 5,0 Mio. Euro netto. Die Stadt beabsichtigt die folgenden Planungsleistungen im Rahmen eines Vergabeverfahrens (Generalplanung) zu vergeben: - Objektplanung Freianlagen (§ 39 HOAI), LPH 1-4 (optional 5-8/9 abschnittsweise) - Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen (§ 47 HOAI), LPH 1-4 (optional 5-8/9 abschnittsweise) - Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke (§ 43 HOAI), LPH 1-4 (optional 5-8/9 abschnittsweise) - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung in Freianlagen (§ 55 HOAI), LPH 1-4 (optional 5-8/9 abschnittsweise) Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise und abschnittsweise Beauftragung einzelner oder mehrerer Leistungsphasen bis zum Abschluss der Baumaßnahme vor. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung der Gesamtleistung besteht nicht. Nach Beauftragung ist umgehend mit der Bearbeitung zu beginnen. Ziel Baubeginn - Fertigstellung: Dezember 2026 - April 2032
