Description

Der Auftrag umfasst die Planungsleistungen Freianlagen nach § 38 ff HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 11 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-9 für den Neubau einer Doppelsporthalle und Umbau einer bestehenden Turnhalle an der Grund- und Mittelschule Eckersdorf. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise, zunächst für die Stufe 1. Es ist beabsichtigt, weitere Stufen zu beauftragen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung der Stufen 2-4 besteht jedoch nicht. Die Gemeinde Eckersdorf beabsichtigt auf dem gemeindlichen Grundstück bei der Grund- und Mittelschule die Errichtung einer neuen Doppelsporthalle und den Umbau der bestehenden Turnhalle. Der Standort der neuen Doppelsporthalle ist im Rahmen der Planung und durch Beschluss des Gemeinderats Eckersdorf festgelegt worden. Neben der Nutzung als Sporthalle, ist auch eine Mehrzwecknutzung im Einzelfall angedacht. Die technische Ausrüstung ist nach aktuellem Kenntnisstand neu zu erstellen. Die Möglichkeiten einer Erweiterung der bestehenden technischen Ausrüstung im Bestand sind zu prüfen. Die bestehende Turnhalle, die zwischen der Grund- und der Mittelschule neben einer Schwimmhalle angeordnet ist, soll zukünftig für die Unterbringung einer Mensa mit Vollkostküche und gegebenenfalls Räumlichkeiten zur Ganztagsbetreuung umgebaut werden.
