Der Landkreis Fürth beabsichtigt die Neugestaltung und Fertigstellung der Bestandsgebäude im Pinderpark 2 und 4 („PP2“ und „PP4“) und die Generalsanierung (ausgenommen Fassade) und den Umbau eines großen Teils des Bürogebäudes im Pinderpark 5-7 („PP7“), zu einem modernen Verwaltungsgebäude. Der Bürokomplex PP7 wurde im Mai 2024 durch den Landkreis Fürth angekauft - die Sanierung und der Umbau soll zeitnah erfolgen. Der Landkreis hat die Räumlichkeiten erworben, um seine Verwaltung an seinem Standort im Pinderpark in Zirndorf zusammenzuführen. Die aktuell noch genutzten Flächen am Stresemannplatz in Fürth werden nach der Sanierung und dem Umzug aufgelöst. Bei dem neu erworbenen Objekt handelt es sich um ein unterkellertes Gebäude mit Erdgeschoss und drei Obergeschossen. In etwa die Hälfte des Gebäudes ist für Büro-, Praxis-, Laden- und Lagerflächen vermietet. Die zweite Hälfte wurde bis Mai durch eine Firma für Damenmode genutzt und soll für die Verwaltung des Landkreises Fürth saniert und umgebaut werden. Die Gebäudeteile sollen auch die Verwaltungseinheiten, die ursprünglich im Bauteil PP2 (im Pinderpark 2) untergebracht werden sollten, aufnehmen. Die ursprünglich geplante Erweiterung des bestehenden Verwaltungsgebäudes PP2 wurde nach dem Erwerb von PP7, nach der Fertigstellung des Untergeschosses und der Tiefgarage, gestoppt. Das geplante Baufeld ist immer noch Baustelle und umschließt neben dem eigentlichen Erweiterungsbau auch Teile des Kundenparkplatzes und des Platzes / Haupteingangs vor dem Verwaltungsgebäude von PP2. Die Planungsleistungen umfassen die Einpassung des nicht fertiggestellten Erweiterungsbaus und die Neugestaltung des Vorplatzes des neuen Haupteingangs. Der Gebäudekomplex PP4 umfasst aktuell auch Verwaltungseinheiten des Landkreises, die in die Gebäude PP2 und PP7 integriert werden sollen. Zur weiteren Nutzung des Gebäudes, müssen die umliegenden Erschließungen umgeplant und ertüchtigt werden. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Leistungen der Objektplanung Freianlagen Teil 3, Abschnitt 2, §§ 38 ff nach HOAI 2021, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9
