Description

74074 Heilbronn John-F.-Kennedy-Str. 14/1, Seminargebäude, Sanierung Naturwissenschaften, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 sowie 5 bis 9 mit Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 und 9. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Die Bauwerkskosten (300 + 400 ) belaufen sich auf 2.152.000 Euro brutto. Der Baubeginn ist für Ende 2027 und die Baufertigstellung ist bis Ende 2029 geplant. Im Gebäude ist das Seminar für Ausbildung und Fortbildung der Lehrkräfte Heilbronn (Gymnasium) untergebracht. Hier werden angehende Lehrkräfte begleitend zum Referendariat unter anderem in folgenden Fachbereichen ausgebildet: - Biologie - Chemie - Naturwissenschaft und Technik - Physik Die dafür vorgehaltenen Fach- und Sammlungsräume sind mittlerweile seit ca. 25 Jahren in Benutzung und entsprechen nicht mehr heutigen Sicherheitsvorgaben. Außerdem sind Umstrukturierungen aufgrund von veränderten Ausbildungsformen erforderlich. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen.
