72076 Tübingen, Tübingen, Universitätsklinikum, Masterplanung Schnarrenberg, Erschließung Neubaumaßnahmen Klinik Berg, 2. BA, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Das Universitätsklinikum Tübingen (UKT) und das Land Baden-Württemberg, vertreten durch Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg - Amt Tübingen, planen den Neubau einer Neuen Medizinischen Klinik (NMK) in zwei Bauabschnitten. Vorbereitend bzw. parallel zum Baubeginn müssen die Bestandsgebäude auf dem Baufeld abgebrochen werden. Die Gebäude sind bauzeittypisch mit verschiedenen Schadstoffen belastest. Der Schadstoffrückbau muss vor dem Gebäudeabbruch erfolgen. Die Leistung umfasst den Abbruchantrag bis zur Bauleitung des Abbruchs einschließlich Bauleitung des Schadstoffrückbaus. Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Teile der Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 5, 6, 7, 8 sowie Besondere Leisungen der Leistungsphasen 4, 5, 6,8. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse. Bieter sowie deren Nach- und Verleihunternehmer haben mit Angebotsabgabe die einschlägigen Verpflichtungserklärungen nach § 5 LTMG, einsehbar unter ' https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/themen/wirtschaft/tariftreue/seiten/mustererklaerungen/ ', abzugeben.
