Projekt: Altostraße16, Umfassende Ertüchtigung der ehemaligen Dorfschule sowie Errichtung eines neuen Nebengebäudes Umfang: Teilleistung LPH 2 a-g für historisches Hauptgebäude, LPH 3-9 Grundleistungen und Besondere Leistungen, stufenweise Beauftragung Lage: Altostraße 16, 81245 München Flurstück: Nr. 14/0, Gemarkung Aubing Planungsleistung: Aufwertung der Fassade, energetische Sanierung, Ertüchtigungen (Statik, Brandschutz, Energieeffizienz) sowie Modernisierung und Umbauten im Hauptgebäude, Abriss des Anbaus und Errichtung eines Ersatzneubau für Mehrzwecksaal, Modernisierung rückwärtige „Liegehalle“ Flächen: Flurstückfläche 1969 m² Haupthaus Bestand ges.
