Description

Neustrukturierung Untergeschoss nach Entkernung der Richtsberg Gesamtschule Marburg. Ausgeschrieben sind die Grundleistungen Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 4-5 gemäß §55 HOAI mit den Leistungsphasen 1-3 und 5-9 und Einstufung in die Honorarzone II. Die Richtsberg Gesamtschule in Marburg ist eine integrierte Gesamtschule mit Ganztagsangebot. Im Zeitraum der Sommerferien 2026 sollen die Räumlichkeiten des Untergeschosses entkernt werden sowie in diesem Zusammenhang schadstoffbelastete Innenwände, Unterdecken usw. entfernt werden. Zusätzlich sollen verschiedene Elemente der Außenhülle ausgetauscht werden. Ein Plan der noch auszutauschenden Fassadenelemente liegt vor; der gesamte Sanierungsbereich des Untergeschosses umfasst etwa 1.000 m2. Die Abwicklung der Maßnahme "Schadstoffentfrachtung" obliegt einem Fachbüro, der Austausch der Fassadenelemente wird seitens der Stadtverwaltung geplant und begleitet. Leistungen, die Grundlage dieses Verfahrens sind, betreffen bauliche Maßnahmen im Anschluss an die Entkernung: Die weitere Planung und Umsetzung einer neuen Grundrissstruktur. Eine erste Vorplanung ist von der Schulleitung und den Fachdiensten Schule und Hochbau erarbeitet worden, zurzeit erfolgt eine Überarbeitung. Die Maßnahme soll 2028 abgeschlossen sein. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind die LPH 1-3,5-9 der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung gemäß § 55 HOAI mit Einordnung in Honorarzone II für die AG 4 und 5. Die Kosten für die KG400 ist mit ca. 238.000 EUR brutto veranschlagt. Vom erfolgreichen Bieter wird eine konzeptionell kompetente Beratung gefordert. Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung vor.
