Description

Gesucht wird ein neuer Pächter für den Gastronomiebetrieb im Erwin-Piscator-Haus zur Übernahme der Dienstleistungskonzession ab dem 01. Februar 2027. Die Gastronomie dort ist auf zwei fixe Säulen gebaut. Erstens die gastronomische Umsorgung der Gäste bei Veranstaltungen (Veranstaltungscatering + Gastronomiebetrieb vor-/nach kulturellen Veranstaltungen), zweitens ein Restaurantbetrieb im Par Terre als Präsenzgastronomie mit ca. 40 Sitzplätzen innen und einer Außenterrasse mit ca. 60 Sitzplätzen. Darüber hinaus ist es optional gestattet, externe Caterings, in Form eines Außer-Haus-Geschäfts, aus den gepachteten Räumlichkeiten durchzuführen. Marburg ist eine junge, dynamische, vielfältige und bunte Stadt, die direkt im EPH, aber auch bei den Hauspartnern zu Gast ist. Die Gastronomie sollte den Ansporn haben, den schwierigen Spagat zwischen modernen und klassischen sowie veganen und vielfältigen Angeboten zu schaffen. Wir wünschen uns im EPH eine qualitativ hochwertige, moderne und innovative Gastronomie, die Wert auf Lieferketten, Regionalität, Bio und eine Küche mit veganem Anteil legt sowie Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten unserer Gäste in hohem Maße mitberücksichtigt. Uns ist bewusst, dass dies nicht immer überall, auch im Hinblick auf die Kostenstruktur, möglich ist. Der Anspruch des Pächters sollte hoch und nicht nur erkennbar sein.
