Flughafen Duesseldorf GmbH intends to renew and automate the passenger boarding bridges at Piers A, B and C of Duesseldorf Airport. The contract covers planning of 17 new boarding bridges (11 at Pier A, 6 at Pier C), automation of 9 existing bridges at Pier B, integration of a central control tower system, planning of the required infrastructure for PCA and 400 Hz units, and the relocation of one bridge from position A01 to B11. Service phases 1 to 9 are being tendered.
