Description

Das Staatliche Bau- und Liegenschaftsamt Neubrandenburg wurde vom Land M-V mit der Aufstellung einer EW-Bau für die Grundsanierung des Lehrgebäudes 2 inkl. Schadstoffsanierung der Fachhochschule in Güstrow beauftragt. Im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsuntersuchung wurde herausgestellt, dass die Durchführung der Baumaßnahme in drei Bauabschnitten erfolgt. Zur Sicherstellung des Lehrbetriebes und Bereitstellung von Seminarräumen sind bauabschnittsweise Interimsunterbringungen im Gebäude Goldberger Straße 8 und in den Containeranlagen A1 und A2 geplant. Leistungsumfang: LST 1 (LPH 2-4), optional LST 2,3,4 (LPH 5-8) mit durchschnittlichen Planungsanforderungen. Die anrechenbaren Kosten betragen für KG 300: 5.328.000,00 brutto und KG 400: 3.769.000,00 brutto. Der Baubeginn ist für 2028 und das Bauende für 2031 geplant. Die Planungsvergabe erfolgt gemäß VgV 2016 über ein Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb. Der Bewerber, der auf der Grundlage seines Angebotes die bestmögliche Lösung der Aufgabe erwarten lässt, erhält den Auftrag. Vom zu beauftragenden Planer ist zunächst die Leistungsstufe 1 (LPH 2-4) zu erbringen. Die Fertigstellung der Leistungsstufe 1 wird innerhalb von ca. 9 Monaten nach Auftragserteilung erwartet. Die zur Gewährleistung der Zieltermine erforderlichen Kapazitäten müssen vorhanden sein. Die RLBau M-V ist zu beachten.
