Description

Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg (GMH), hier die Projektentwicklung, betreut für die Freie Hansestadt Hamburg die Entwicklung sowie den Bau und Betrieb von Sport- und Sonderimmobilien. Die GMH betrachtet Immobilien ganzheitlich unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge zwischen Bauinvestitions- und Betriebskosten. Dabei verfolgt die GMH die Umsetzung der Klimaschutzziele der FHH genauso wie die Anforderungen zur Barrierefreiheit und die besonderen Interessen der Nutzer. In dieser Tätigkeit wurde die GMH mit dem Projektmanagement für ein Sport- und Quartiershaus als multifunktionales Gebäude in der Rolle des Realisierungsträgers beauftragt.
