Description

Bei den drei Vorhaben handelt es sich um Ausbauvorhaben zwischen Mannheim-Hbf und Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld Süd. Beim Vorhaben Achsverschwenkung Mannheim Hbf ist das Ziel eine optimierte Sortierung der Nah- und Fernverkehrsgleise, um Kreuzungskonflikte zu minimieren und die Verkehre zu entflechten. Im mehrgleisigen Ausbau sollen durch durchgehend vier Streckengleise zusätzliche Kapazitäten für den Nahverkehr aufgebaut werden, Verkehre entflochten werden und die Betriebsqualität gesteigert werden. Die Kreuzungsbauwerke in Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld sollen eine höhenfreie Kreuzung der Verkehre zwischen Mannheim und Heidelberg mit jenen von Weinheim kommend Richtung Mannheim Rangierbahnhof ermöglichen. Ziel ist die Steigerung der Betriebsqualität. Im Rahmen dieser Vergabe sollen die planungsbegleitenden Qualitätsprüfungen für die Planungen zu den vorgenannten Vorhaben ausgeschrieben werden. Fest vergeben werden die Leistungen während der Vorplanung. Die Leistungsphasen Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung werden optional ausgeschrieben. Es sind Lose der Gewerke Verkehrsanlagen, konstruktiver Ingenieurbau, elektrische Energieanlagen, Oberleitung, Leit- und Sicherungstechnik, Telekommunikation und Bauphasenplanung enthalten.
