Description

Für den Mieterausbau der Inkubatorfläche wird im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung die Fachplanungsleistung Technische Ausrüstung (Laborplanung) vergeben. Die anzubietenden Leistungen sind in der Anlage 3 „Leistungsbild Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung Labortechnik“ genau beschrieben. Der Auftraggeber (nachfolgend AG genannt), ist die Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH. Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin stellt die Projektleitung für die Bauherrenvertretung. Für die erforderlichen Leistungen der nachfolgenden Planungsdisziplinen sucht die Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator GmbH (AG), vertreten durch die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin über den Geschäftsbereich Bau (GB Bau), einen geeigneten Vertragspartner. Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistungen sind neben Fachplanungsleistung Technische Ausrüstung (Laborplanung) LP 5 bis LP 8 in Anlehnung an die HOAI Stand 2021 die Prüfung und Auswertung der vorliegenden Planungen und Unterlagen. Grundlage der Leistungen ist die vorliegende Planung LP 3 für den Innenausbau der Inkubatorfläche der KG 300, sowie der KG 400, 473 und 600. Es bestehen gesonderte Anforderungen nach dem Berliner Ausschreibungs- und Vergabegesetz (BerlAVG).
