Leistungen der Fachplanung technische Ausrüstung ELT (Anlagengruppe 5) gem. §§ 53 ff HOAI - Leistungsphasen 1-9 Die kbo-Isar-Amper-Klinikum gGmbH plant an den Standorten Haar, Klinikum Schwabing (Haus 7) und Fürstenfeldbruck die Erneuerung der kontaktlosen Zutrittskontrolle. Die Maßnahme umfasst die Ablösung der bestehenden Kaba EXOS 9300 Zutrittskontrolle und die Einführung einer modernen, kontaktlosen Zutrittskontrolllösung. Im Klinikum wird aktuell eine Kaba EXOS 9300 Anlage betrieben, die auf Legic Prime Transpondertechnologie basiert, deren Support und Technologie zum 01.01.2025 eingestellt wurde, nur sehr eingeschränkt robuste Leser bereitstellt, hohe Komplexität in Betrieb, Pflege und Konfiguration verursacht und zwei getrennte Datenbanken (Kaba & VersoCliq) erfordert, was zu hohem Pflegeaufwand führt. Ein Großteil der Mitarbeitenden verwendet bereits VersoCliq-Dienstschlüssel, die einen Transponder im Batteriedeckel tragen. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Einführung einer zukunftssicheren, flexiblen und wartungsfreundlichen Zutrittskontrolle, die mindestens MIFARE DESFire EV2 als sichere Transpondertechnologie nutzt, eine sanfte Migration ohne Störung des Klinikbetriebs ermöglicht, die vorhandenen VersoCliq-Schlüssel weiterhin nutzbar macht, beide Systeme (VersoCliq & Zutrittskontrolle) unter einer gemeinsamen Softwarebasis vereint und eine robuste, in der Psychiatrie einsetzbare Hardware bereitstellt. Um beim Systemwechsel laufenden Betrieb zu gewährleisten, muss das neue System auch die alten Leser Legic Prime gleichzeitig unterstützen. Damit können über 4.000 bestehende Transponder weiter genutzt werden, während neue Transponder schrittweise ausgegeben werden. Die neue Zutrittskontrolle soll eine Integration mit dem CliqWebManager (gemeinsame Datenbasis) ermöglichen, wodurch nur eine Datenpflege für Mitarbeitende der Schlüsselausgabe (Personalabteilung) und der Forensik-Sicherheitsbeauftragten erforderlich ist. Für die Maßnahme wird von anrechenbaren Kosten in Höhe von 400.000 € netto ausgegangen.
