kbo-Isar-Amper-Klinikum Region München (Haar), Haus 60, Erweiterung Forensik - Leistungen der TGA-Fachplanung ELT+FT (Anlagengruppen 4 - 6) gem. §§ 53 ff HOAI - Leistungsphasen 1-9 VgV-Verfahren "kbo-Isar-Amper-Klinikum Region München (Haar), Haus 60, Erweiterung Forensik". Leistungen der TGA-Fachplanung ELT+FT (Anlagengruppen 4 - 6) gem. §§ 53 ff HOAI - Leistungsphasen 1-9 . Am kbo-Isar-Amper-Klinikum München-Ost (Haar) soll durch einen Erweiterungsbau des Hochsicherheitsbereichs die Einzelzimmerquote und somit die Situation durch räumliche Trennung für §63 StGB sowie §126a StPO Patienten verbessert werden. Es wird ein Gebäudekomplex mit zwei Stationen welche jeweils über 24 Einzelzimmer für Patienten sowie einen zentralen Funktions- und Sicherheitsbereich erstellt. Die Gebäudenutzfläche umfasst, inkl. eines Wirtschaftshofes und eines überdachten Sportplatzes eine Fläche von ca. 3.500m². Geplant ist, für die Maßnahme bis August 2027 den Förderantrag beim Amt für Maßregelvollzug einzureichen. Die Planungsleistungen für Objektplanung Gebäude, Fachplanungen technische Ausrüstung sowie die Tragwerksplanung werden parallel ausgeschrieben.
