The commission covers HOAI service profiles: general planning, object planning, building services engineering, structural engineering, outdoor facilities and building physics, covering cost groups 300 to 600. The planning assignment is staged, covering service phases 1 to 8 for all basic services at 100 percent. It is divided into stages: stage 1 covers phases 1 to 2, stage 2 covers phases 3 to 7, and stage 3 covers phase 8. There is no entitlement to call up further stages.
