Der Vertrag beginnt mit Zuschlag und verlängert sich automatisch jährlich bis maximal sechs Jahre, sofern nicht widersprochen wird. Der Auftragnehmer unterstützt die Auftraggeberin bei der strategischen Standortentwicklung Tempelhof, einschließlich Analyse, Konzeptentwicklung, Vergabe- und Vermietungsverfahren sowie Aktivierung und Kommunikation. Zudem umfasst die Leistung Beteiligungsformate, stadtentwicklungspolitische Vernetzung sowie interne Organisations- und Austauschprozesse. Die Vergabe erfolgt in zwei Lose: Los 1 (strategisch-inhaltliche, Beteiligungs- und Governance-Leistungen) und Los 2 (immobilienwirtschaftliche und portfoliostrategische Leistungen).
