Description

Die Gemeinde Fronreute beabsichtigt, mittels eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb, die Vergabe der Tragwerksplanung (LPH 1-6) gem. § 51 Abs. 1 HOAI 2021 für die Erweiterung und Sanierung des Rathauses in Fronreute. Die Beauftragung soll stufenweise erfolgen. In der ersten Stufe sollen die LPH 1-4 beauftragt werden. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, bei Fortsetzung der Planung und Ausführung der Baumaßnahme weitere LPH (5-6) abzurufen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die Beauftragung auf einzelne Leistungsphasen bzw. Teilleistungen einzelner Leistungsstufen oder auf einzelne Abschnitte der Baumaßnahme zu beschränken.
