Die Beauftragung soll stufenweise erfolgen. In der ersten Stufe sollen die LPH 1-4 beauftragt werden. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, bei Fortsetzung der Planung und Ausführung der Baumaßnahme weitere LPH (5-9) abzurufen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die Beauftragung auf einzelne Leistungsphasen bzw. Teilleistungen einzelner Leistungsstufen oder auf einzelne Abschnitte der Baumaßnahme zu beschränken.
