Die Große Kreisstadt Döbeln beabsichtigt auf dem Campus Ost die Neuerrichtung einer Schule mit Förderschwerpunkt Lernen mit Bauwerkskosten (KG 300+400) von ca. 15,9 Mio. EUR brutto. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung sind entsprechend Vertragsentwurf (siehe Unterlagen Vertragsbedingungen) die Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung - ELT (Anlagengruppen 4-5, 7 anteil.) gem. § 55 ff. HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15 (LPH 1-9) sowie Besondere Leistungen gem. Vertrag. Die Beauftragung erfolgt entsprechend den Vertragsbedingungen (siehe Unterlagen Vertragsbedingungen). Mit Abschluss des Verhandlungsverfahrens wird vertraglich die Leistungsstufe I: Leistungsphase 1-2 sowie Besondere Leistungen beauftragt. Die weiteren Leistungsphasen werden jeweils stufenweise gesondert abgerufen. Bei Beauftragung der ausgeschriebenen Leistungsphasen 1-8 liegt das Auftragsende voraussichtlich im Jahr 2032 (Abschluss LPH 8).
