Brandschutztechnische Beratung für das Projekt Neubau operatives Zentrum am UKM Es ist das vorrangige Ziel der UKM, das bestehende Klinikgelände langfristig und zukunftsfähig auszubauen. Zu diesem Zweck sollen thematisch verwandte Einrichtungen in übergeordneten Funktionsbereichen gebündelt werden, um künftig eine noch effizientere und wirtschaftlichere Patientenversorgung anbieten und gewährleisten zu können. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat das UKM in den vergangenen Jahren die umfangreiche und mehrstufige Masterplanung "Zukunftsmedizin Münster 2020 - das neue UKM" entwerfen lassen. Die entwickelte Masterplanung sieht eine räumlichfunktionale und bauliche Neuordnung des gesamten Klinikgeländes vor und fokussiert die räumliche Zusammenführung und Verknüpfung der Bereiche Krankenversorgung, Forschung und Lehre. Wesentlicher Bestandteil der weiterentwickelten Masterplanung sind die Planungen rund um den Neubau des sog. Operativen Zentrums (auch "OPZ"). Das OPZ soll dem Zentralklinikum in Gestalt eines Erweiterungsbaus unmittelbar vorgelagert werden und parallel zur Albert-Schweitzer- Straße ausgerichtet sein. In dem Erweiterungsbau sollen die klinischen Bereiche HNO, Dermatologie sowie Chirurgie sinnvoll zusammengeführt werden. Ferner ist die Schaffung weitreichender Parkflächen geplant. Die Realisierung des OPZ ist im Zuge eines einheitlichen Bauabschnitts in voller Länge des Erweiterungsbaus, inklusive eines an der Notfallzufahrt gelegenen Hubschrauberlandeplatzes, geplant. Mit diesem Verfahren soll ein Projektpartner für die Leistungen der Brandschutztechnischen Beratung gefunden werden. Die Leistungen werden in Anlehnung an das Heft 17 - Bauordnungsrechtlicher Brandschutz - der AHO-Schriftenreihe Stand 4. Auflage 2022 formuliert und werden in Regelleistungen und optionale Leistungen differenziert. Die Leistungserbringung muss grundsätzlich den Anforderungen der BauPrüfVO NRW §9 entsprechen.
