Description

Gegenstand des Auftrages sind HOAI Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 "Objektplanung" nach § 34 HOAI 2021 und der Leistungsphasen 1-6 "Tragwerksplanung" nach § 51 HOAI 2021 incl. besonderer Leistungen zum Vorhaben "Wärmeversorgung Weichs" in Regensburg. Die REWAG KG beabsichtigt die Planung, den Bau und Betrieb einer Wärmeversorgung im Gebiet Weichs in Regensburg. Hierbei handelt es sich um Dienstleistungen der Planungen (HOAI) eines Gebäudes als Energiezentrale. Mit dieser Planung möchte die REWAG KG eine Energiezentrale für die Wärmeerzeugung nach den aktuellen Kriterien der Richtlinie für die Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze (BEW) umsetzen. Die Anforderungen der Richtlinie für die Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze "BEW" vom 1. August 2022 und die Vorgaben aus dem Merkblatt "Antragstellung, technische Anforderungen und Verwendungsnachweis" vom 27.03.2026, Herausgeber: Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle, sind einzuhalten. Die Maßnahme wird durch das Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle gefördert, ein genehmigter Zuwendungsbescheid, aktuell zu diesem Projekt für Modul 1 - Planungsleistungen LPH 1-4, liegt vor. Eine Beauftragung erfolgt in Stufen gemäß den Verträgen (A03 / A04). Es besteht keine Verpflichtung des Auftraggebers zum Abruf aller Stufen bzw. ein Anspruch zur Vergütung für alle Stufen.
