Die Jochartstraße in der Stadt Groß-Bieberau soll im Teilstück zwischen den Einmündungen „Auf der Beune“ und „Pestalozzistraße“ auf einer Länge von rund 350 Metern erneuert werden. Im Zuge der Maßnahme werden zudem rund 345 m Abwasserkanal (Mischsystem), 365 m Wasserleitung erneuert und die dazugehörigen Hausanschlüsse ausgetauscht. Die vorläufigen geschätzten Baukosten belaufen sich auf 1.821.681,75€.
