Description

Die Entwässerung des Klärschlamms erfolgte bis vor Kurzem mit einer Kammerfilterpresse. Diese Anlage soll unter Aufrechterhaltung der Schlammentwässerungsleistung durch eine Zentrifugenlösung ersetzt werden. Die bestehende Schlammentwässerung befindet sich in einer Halle, aufgeteilt in Kammerfilterpresse links und alte historische Thermische Trocknung rechts. Diese ist schon seit 25 Jahren nicht mehr in Betrieb und soll bereits im Vorfeld der anstehenden Baumaßnahme so weit entfernt sein, dass für die Halle Planungsfreiheit besteht. Durch den mittlerweile kompletten Ausfall der Kammerfilterpresse und somit der gesamten Schlammentwässerung wird der Schlamm momentan mobil entwässert. Leistungsumfang für die anstehende Planung sind: - Auslegung und Standort für eine oder mehrere Zentrifuge(n) - Bau und Anschluss dieser Entwässerungszentrifuge(n) - Die Konditionierung, hierzu Prüfung und Auswahl geeigneter Produkte, vsl. Polymer - Transport des konditionierten und getrockneten Schlammes über ein Fördersystem zum Abwurf und letztlichen Abtransport. - Bau einer Leichtbauhalle als Wetterschutz und Geruchshemmer des getrockneten Schlammes vor Abtransport - Ableitung des Filtrats Der Leistungsumfang umfasst hierbei: - Ingenieurbauwerke nach HOAI §§ 41 - 44 - Maschinentechnische Planung (Verfahrenstechnik) nach HOAI §§ 53 - 56 sowie - Planung der Elektro-, Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik nach HOAI §§53 - 56
