Description

Das Stadthaus in der Grafenstraße 30 in Darmstadt ist ein viergeschossiges Verwaltungsgebäude aus dem Jahr 1958. Bis zum Jahr 2022 wurde es vom Bürger- und Ordnungsamt genutzt. Nach dem Auszug der bisherigen Nutzer ist eine umfassende Sanierung und Umnutzung des Gebäudes geplant. Die künftige Nutzung des Gebäudes sieht eine gemischte Belegung durch städtische und kulturelle Institutionen vor. Im Erdgeschoss entstehen Ausstellungsflächen sowie Büroräume für den Verband deutscher Sinti und Roma, Landesverband Hessen. Die Büroflächen in den Obergeschossen (1. bis 3. OG) werden von der Finanzverwaltung der Wissenschaftsstadt Darmstadt genutzt. Im Dachgeschoss sind Räumlichkeiten für das Kulturamt der Wissenschaftsstadt Darmstadt vorgesehen. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich aktuell noch der zentrale IT-Knoten der Wissenschaftsstadt Darmstadt. Fachplanungsleistungen der Objektplanung Freianlagen gemäß § 39 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1-9 zzgl. besondere Leistungen (vgl. B-Projektbeschreibung).
