Description

Ökologische Baubegleitung gemäß des projektspezifischen Leistungsbildes (vgl. Vergabeunterlagen) Die Brücke Rheinstraße wurde in den Jahren 1910 bis 1912 erbaut und ist nach nunmehr über 100 Jahren in einem sehr schlechten baulichen Zustand. Eine grundhafte Instandsetzung hat bislang nicht stattgefunden. Der Gesamtzustand ist auch nach den Ergebnissen der Bauwerksprüfungen als ungenügend zu bezeichnen. Die Zustandsnote beträgt aktuell 3,9. Aus diesem Grund ist die Rheinstraßenbrücke durch einen Neubau zu ersetzen. Die Gesamtmaßnahme "Neubau Rheinstraßenbrücke Darmstadt" umfasst den Abbruch des bestehenden Bauwerks sowie den Ersatzneubau der Brücke Rheinstraße einschließlich der Anschlussknotenpunkte (Straßenbau) auf einer Länge von ca. 270m. Die Beauftragung der Leistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungsstufen besteht nicht.
