Angaben zur Baumaßnahme - Allgemeine Beschreibung: Die Friedrichswerdersche Kirche in Berlin-Mitte wurde zwischen 1824 und 1830 nach Plänen von Karl Friedrich Schinkel im Stil der deutschen Neugotik errichtet. Das Gebäude ist als Baudenkmal in der Landesdenkmalliste Berlin eingetragen und wird heute von den Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin als öffentlicher Kulturort für die Skulpturen-sammlung der Nationalgalerie genutzt. Im Laufe ihrer Geschichte wurde die Kirche mehrfach instandgesetzt und saniert. Seit der Wiedereröffnung im Jahr 2020 werden regelmäßig Bauunterhaltsmaßnahmen zur Sicherung und Erhaltung des denkmalgeschützten Bauwerks durchgeführt. Im Zuge des Bauunterhalts wurden mehrere notwendige Sanierungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen identifiziert, die funktional und technisch voneinander unabhängig sind, jedoch eine übergeordnete Koordination erfordern, um den bestehenden Bauunterhaltsstau effizient und strukturiert abzubauen. Ziel ist die fachgerechte und wirtschaftliche Umsetzung der Einzelmaßnahmen unter optimaler Nutzung vorhandener Ressourcen und organisatorischer Synergieeffekte. Zur Optimierung der Planung und Durchführung soll ein Rahmenvertrag mit einem Architekturbüro abgeschlossen werden.
