7-jähriger Rahmenvertrag für bis zu 5 Vertragspartner für Architekten und Ingenieure - Leistungsbild Building Information Modeling (BIM) Das Leistungsbild Building Information Modeling (BIM) umfasst im Einzelnen die unten genannten Aufgaben: Die BIM-bezogene Planung, Ausführung und Nutzung eines Bauvorhabens stehen im Fokus der Digitalisierung von Bauprojekten. Die Leistungen umfassen die Festlegung einer BIM-Strategie, die Definition der BIM-Ebenen (LOD), Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten sowie organisatorische Abläufe zum Datenaustausch und zur Zusammenarbeit. Zentrale Bestandteile sind die modellbasierte Koordination und das modellbasierte Management aller Fachbereiche (Architektur, Tragwerk, TGA) mit regelmäßigen Kollisionsprüfungen, Standardisierung von Modellen, Vorlagen, Namenskonventionen und lückenloser Datenpflege. Im Bereich Datenmanagement erfolgt die Bereitstellung von Modell- und Stammdaten gemäß Planungs-, Ausschreibungs- und Bauphasen, inklusive Mengenermittlung, Stücklisten und klaren Schnittstellenbeschreibungen zu Fachmodellen und BIM-Koordinationsmodellen. Qualitätsmanagement deckt Modellprüfungen, Fehlermanagement, Abweichungen, Validierung von Geometrie, Mengen und Eigenschaften sowie die ausführliche Dokumentation der Ergebnisse ab. Die BIM-Koordination umfasst regelmäßige Koordinationssitzungen, Clash-Management und Protokolle sowie ein laufendes BIM-Controlling mit Fortschrittsberichten und Dashboards. Bauablaufplanung und Simulationen (4D) unterstützen Zeit- und Ablaufplanung; bei Bedarf erfolgt 5D-Reporting (Kosten/Mengen), inklusive Raster- und Logistikplanung. Für Übergabe und Betrieb werden As-Built-Modelle, Betreiberobjekte und Wartungsdaten übergeben, inklusive Mapping von Bau- zu Betriebsdaten (Facility Management). Schulung, Support, Dokumentation und Abnahmen runden das Leistungsbild ab: Schulungen für Projektbeteiligte, Support-Hotline, BIM-Abnahmechecklisten, Freigaben, Übergabedokumente, Gewährleistung, Nachweisführung und Archivierung. Hinzu kommen Software- und Hardware-Anforderungen sowie Sicherheits- und Datenschutzaspekte für Geo-/BIM-Daten.
