Description

Erarbeitung einer städtebaulichen Rahmenplanung für das Sanierungsgebiet "Ortszentrum" der Gemeinde Süderbrarup. (HOAI, Anlage 9, Punkte 1 und 2) Als Unterzentrum im ländlichen Raum steht die Gemeinde Süderbrarup vor großen Herausforderungen in den diversen Themen der Stadtentwicklung. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurde die Gemeinde 2019 mit dem Sanierungsgebiet "Ortszentrum" in die Städtebauförderung aufgenommen. Der Planungsraum für den Rahmenplan entspricht dem förmlich festgesetzten Sanierungsgebiet "Ortszentrum" Süderbrarup. Insgesamt umfasst das Gebiet eine Größe von 41,19 ha. Es ist beabsichtigt die erforderlichen Planungsleistungen für den Rahmenplan im Ergebnis des VgV-Verfahrens zu vergeben. Grundlage der Beauftragung ist das Honorarvertragsmuster. Nach Beauftragung ist umgehend mit der Bearbeitung zu beginnen.
