Projektvorbereitung für die anstehende Generalsanierung der Stadthalle Fürth. Die Leistungen dienen der Projektvorbereitung und sollen die Grundlagen schaffen für die spätere Erstellung einer Funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung zur Umsetzung (die Funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung ist kein Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung). Im ersten Teil ist eine Bedarfsplanung nach DIN 18205 durchzuführen, mit umfassender Bestandsaufnahme der gesamten Bauwerke und Einrichtungen der Stadthalle, sowie unter Einbeziehung eines Nutzer- und Stakeholdermanagement. Aus den Ergebnissen der Bedarfsplanung ist ein tragfähiges Sanierungskonzept zu entwickeln. Dabei sind verschiedene Konzeptvarianten einer Wirtschaftlichkeitsprüfung zu unterziehen. Abschließend ist eine favorisierte Variante auszuarbeiten und nach Abstimmung mit den städtischen Nutzern und Bauherren dem Stadtrat zur Genehmigung vorzulegen.
