Machine-generated summary

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg is procuring planning services for a new youth centre, the Pink Haus, in the Hamburg-Bergedorf district. The existing old building will be fully demolished and replaced by a modern, sustainable new building of about 1,400 sqm gross floor area, including open meeting areas, group and multi-purpose rooms, creative and movement spaces, counselling rooms and administration areas. The building must be accessible, flexible and energy efficient, complying with the Hamburg Climate Protection Act and the Building Energy Act. Services are awarded in stages: stage 1 covers work phases 1 to 3 and is awarded with this contract; further stages are not guaranteed.
