Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß Teil 3, Abschnitt 1, § 34 HOAI Die Grundlage für den Neubau des Kammergebäudes in Todendorf resultiert überwiegend aus der Musterplanung (Planungsgrundlagen für Kammergebäude Truppenunterkunft - Musterplanung Stand 12/02). Das bauplanerische Grundkonzept der Musterplanung dient als Planungs- und Orientierungshilfe. Das Grundkonzept soll sich nach den nutzungstechnischen- und bautechnischen Erfordernissen sowie den aktuellen gesetzlichen Auflagen entsprechend richten. Die Fassadengestaltung ist in der Musterplanung nicht festgeschrieben und wurde der Örtlichkeit, also liegenschaftsbezogen geplant. Das Kammergebäude dient Annahme, Lagerung, Umschlag, Bewirtschaftung und Ausgabe von Material der Bundeswehr für den eigenen und den unterstellten Bereich. Das Gebäude gliedert sich in zwei Bereiche, in einen zweigeteilten Lagerbereich und einen Büro- und Sozialtrakt mit den für das Gebäude notwendigen Sanitär- und Technikflächen. Die einzelnen Bereiche sind niveaugleich und ebenerdig in einem Geschoss zusammengefasst.
