Objektplanungsleistungen Gebäude für den Umbau der Hauptfeuerwache der Stadt Überlingen: Grundleistungen gemäß Anlage 10 zu § 34 Abs. 4 HOAI. Die Stadt Überlingen beabsichtigt nach Vorgaben aus dem Feuerwehrbedarfsplan 2022, das Areal der Hauptfeuerwache grundlegend umzubauen und umzugestalten, um den heutigen Anforderungen an die Feuerwehr gerecht zu werden und deren Leistungsfähigkeit auch zukünftig zu erhalten. Das bisherige Feuerwehrareal besteht aus einer eingeschossigen, nicht unterkellerten Fahrzeughalle aus den 50er Jahren und einem zweigeschossigen Betriebsgebäude mit Kellergeschoss aus den 80er Jahren. Die Fahrzeughalle aus den 50er Jahren soll abgerissen und durch einen zweigeschossigen, nicht unterkellerten Neubau mit Fahrzeughalle und Lagerflächen im Erdgeschoss und anderen Nebenräumen im Obergeschoss ersetzt werden. In der Fahrzeughalle werden insgesamt 22 Stellplätze der Größe 3 benötigt. Durch die Begrenzung des Grundstücks nach Westen hin wird es auch bei zweireihiger Anordnung der Fahrzeuge nicht möglich sein, alle Stellplätze in einer Fahrzeughalle unterzubringen, sodass eine weitere Fahrzeughalle benötigt wird, in der auch ein Waschplatz vorgesehen werden soll. Das Bauvorhaben soll in zwei Bauabschnitten während des laufenden Betriebs umgesetzt werden. Der ausgeschriebene Auftrag umfasst: - Objektplanung Gebäude: Grundleistungen gemäß Anlage 10 zu § 34 Abs. 4 HOAI; - Stufenweise Beauftragung der Objektplanung Gebäude: o BA I und BA II LPH 1-3; o BA I und BA II LPH 4 (Baugesuch für beide Bauabschnitte); o BA I LPH 5-6; o BA II LPH 5-6; o BA I LPH 7-9; o BA II LPH 7-9.
