Description

Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies, Innenausbau Inkubator, Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume Der Auftraggeber (nachfolgend AG genannt), ist die o.g. Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH. Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin stellt die Projektleitung für die Bauherrenvertretung. Die Bayer AG fungiert als Nutzervertretung. Zu erbringende Leistungen: Für die erforderlichen Leistungen der nachfolgenden Planungsdisziplinen sucht die Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (AG), vertreten durch die Charité -Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1 , 10117 Berlin, über den Geschäftsbereich Bau (GB Bau), einen geeigneten Vertragspartner. Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistungen ist neben der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume LP 5 bis LP 8 in Anlehnung der HOAI Stand 2021, die Prüfung und Auswertung der vorliegenden Planungen und Unterlagen. Grundlage der Leistungen ist die vorliegende Planung LP3 für den Innenausbau der Inkubatorfläche der KG300, sowie der KG400 und 473 und 600.
