Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die Objektplanungsleistungen Gebäude gem. §35 ff. HOAI 2021. LPH 2 -9, für den Neubau einer Kinderkrippe mit 5 Gruppen (60 Kinder) in der Halserspitzstraße im Stadtbezirk 14 in Berg-am-Laim. Die Brandschutzplanung soll mit übernommen werden. Der Planungsbeginn ist ab März 2026 vorgesehen, die Übergabe an den Nutzer im Dezember 2028. Der Neubau soll teilweise oder vollständig in Holz- bzw. in Holzhybridbauweise errichtet werden. Ein rechtsverbindlicher Bebauungsplan mit Grünordnungsplan liegt vor.
