Description

Die Stadtentwässerungsbetriebe Köln AöR (StEB) planen den Neubau der Prozessluftversorgung am Großklärwerk Stammheim. Der Großklärwerk Stammheim reinigt das Abwasser von 1,3 Mio. Einwohner und Einwohnergleichwerte und damit einen Großteil des in Köln anfallenden Abwassers. Das Großklärwerk verfügt über eine zweistufige biologische Reinigung (AB-Verfahren). Dabei ist die zweite Stufe (Schwachlast) auf zwei Beckengruppen Becken 1 - 6 und 7 - 14 aufgeteilt. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Erneuerung der Prozessluftversorgung der Schwachlastbecken 7 - 14, die ca. 75 % des Abwassers reinigt. Die für die biologische Reinigung notwendige Gesamtluftmenge beträgt für die Schwachlastbecken 7 - 14 derzeit ca. 100.000 Nm³/h. In einem anderen Projekt wurde die Erweiterung der Beckengruppe 7 - 14 geplant. Die Planung umfasst den Neubau eines weiteren Beckens und eine Wasserspiegelerhöhung. Die für den Betrieb der erweiterten Anlage ist die Bereitstellung einer Luftmenge in Höhe von ca. 120.000 Nm³/h erforderlich. Die voraussichtlichen anrechenbaren Kosten (netto) ergeben sich wie folgt: KG 300 1.578.700 Euro KG 400 5.022.000 Euro KG 440 570.000 Euro KG 470 4.252.000 Euro KG 480 200.000 Euro Eine losweise Vergabe ist vorgesehen, es ist geplant, die folgenden Leistungsbilder zu beauftragen: Los 1: Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerk, § 41 HOAI, LP 3-9 einschließlich der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung AG 4, 7, 8, § 53 HOAI, LP 3-9 Los 2: Tragwerksplanung (u.a. der Shelter, der Maschinenfundamente der Verdichter, der Gründung der Schaltanlage (Containerbauweise) sowie der Rohrleitungstrasse), § 49 HOAI, LP 3-6 Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist Los 1. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist vorgesehen. Beauftragt werden zunächst jeweils die Leistungsphasen 3-4, sodann die Leistungsphasen 5-9. Im Übrigen wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen. Das Los 1 umfasst die Planung (Ingenieurbauwerke und Technische Ausrüstung) für die Neuerrichtung von zwei Verdichterstationen zur Versorgung der Schwachlastbecken 7 - 14 mit Prozessluft. Dabei sind auch die notwendigen Anschlüsse an den Bestand (Rohrleitungen, EMSR) mitzuplanen.; Das Los 2 umfasst die Planung (Ingenieurbauwerke und Technische Ausrüstung) für die Neuerrichtung von zwei Verdichterstationen zur Versorgung der Schwachlastbecken 7 - 14 mit Prozessluft.
